Prologue
There are books, and then there are books. The God Principle has a very special message to convey, perhaps bordering on the fantastical, yet absolutely real.
The primary message behind Aliyah’s story is three-fold: The spiritual and the natural are not separate realms, they are one. They are even like reflections of each other. Secondly, there is meaning and purpose to life, which can be understood by carefully observing these natural-spiritual reflections. Finally, and perhaps most surprisingly, many conflicting viewpoints expressed by atheists, theists and agnostics can be seen as varying expressions of the same truth. In the pages that follow, it is hoped that the reader would find ample opportunity to pause, think, and consider the validity of this message.
Be warned that Aliyah covers territory from the mundane to the esoteric. The reader may find new concepts or connections in almost every chapter beyond the first, requiring active thought and consideration. Often it demands a focused attention, as concepts take the center stage, rather than the story line. Indeed, the terms ‘mundane’ and ‘esoteric’ are but relative terms. Perhaps the reader will discover that to understand one is to understand the other!
A glossary is provided at the end, covering certain concepts and terms used in the book.
